Organizational Matters

Continuing to get infrastructure (so fancy!) in place.

• Started the incorporation process today, via swyftfilings.com. Incorporating in state of Delaware. If it’s good enough for Amazon….

• Decided, at least for now, to use waveapps.com to handle accounting.

  • For (mostly) view only access, login using email address public@wewill.us, password “disinfectingsunshine”. Unfortunately, this login allows settings, including password, to be changed, so this is a certain to break approach to providing transparency. That said, there is little financial risk at this point, so going to err on the side of transparency, which will no doubt involve plenty of experimentation and fixing things as needed.

• Created a Google group open to all. Any emails to public@wewill.us will be viewable here by anyone. No login required.
